“EAT THE CHILDREN” – ANGELSPIT’S NEW VIDEO

Starring Patreon supporters, Homicidal sock puppets and cats…!

“Eat the Children” is directed and shot by Angelspit during lockdown. Featuring CRT glitch distortion from The Liar (Videopunks) plus guest appearances from Angelspit’s Patreon supporters…and their cats.

“Imagine finding a VHS tape in an abandoned house. Through the video static appears a sing-a-long show which was definitely not made for children – starring homicidal sock puppets. You broadcast it, and the viewers are inspired to make their own homicidal hand puppets…comedy ensues…”
– Zoog Von Rock, Angelspit.

Though never intended to coincide with the Covid-19 outbreak (its progress was started twelve months before the pandemic hit) it’s hard to deviate the cyberpunk-rooted material, themes, and lyrics from all that’s been said about and during the infestation.

DARKEST GOTH MAGAZINE REVIEWS ‘THE IGNORANCE CARTEL’

Reverend Leviathan gives Angelspit’s new album 4.5/5.0

If 2020 had a soundtrack, The Ignorance Cartel would be it. Angelspit masterfully conveys all of the insanity and stupidity that we have seen this year surrounding politics and the pandemic, especially on social media.

Fourteen rigid cyberpunk tracks full of distorted drums, angry biting bass noises, and glitched guitar-like noises. High quality cyber- and electro-punk with a strong heart and high production values.
